Pentek RFFE20-BB Iron Reducing Filter

The MAZ 10 inch and 20 inch filter cartridges are designed to provide an easy and effective method for reducing dissolved iron from water that results in an improvement of water taste. These cartridges are helping to eliminate the orange and brown stains that are often found in sinks, toilets, tubs and other plumbing fixtures. It also reduces the possible damage to pipes and water heaters.

Completely suited to drinking water applications, the MAZ cartridges should be installed on the main cold water line after the pressure tank or water meter. For best results, pre-sediment and post carbon treatment is recommended. As water flows through the cartridge the MAZ causes the iron to oxidize and drop out of the flow, holding it within its matrix to ensure no harmful chemicals are added to the water.

O-rings, seals and gaskets are often overlooked yet essential parts within filtration equipment. Key to ensuring a positve seal between different apparatus, reducing leakage potential in housings or providing exact postioning of a filter these accessories should be checked regularly as part of a diligent maintenance schedule.

Similar to the GAC-10  filter, the TS-GAC-10 will not only remove Chlorine taste & odour but will also help with Scale reduction. The addition of FDA grade phosphate crystals reduces scale deposits and rust stains to protect fittings and appliances.

Pentek CFB-Plus 10" Modified Carbon Filter

The Pentair CFB-Plus range of modified wet moulded carbon blocks feature enhanced chlorine, taste and odour reduction with premier dirt holding capabilities. 

Powdered activated carbon is bonded to the fibres, creating an excellent sediment reduction cartridge, which combines the benefits of both a depth filter and carbon block into a single cartridge.

Pentek CBR2-10 Carbon Block 10 inch 0.5 Micron Filter

Pentair Pentek CBR2-10 Cartridge is an advanced multi-media cartridges designed to reduce chlorine taste & odor and other contaminants. CBR2 Series Cartridges are manufactured using a powdered activated carbon (PAC) with a specially designed adsorbent media.

These cartridges are protected by a uniquely formulated polyolefin bilaminate prefilter, designed to significantly increase the useful life of the cartridge by trapping sediment that typically plugs carbon block cartridges.  As with our standard Pentek CBC Series Carbon Block, the CBR2-10 is effective at reducing levels of chlorine taste & odor and other contaminants.

Extruded from bituminous, acid-washed activated powder with a medium mesh structure, the high porosity design and 10 micron filtration prevent plugging prematurely and eliminate the need for pre-filtration. Pentek FloPlus 10" Carbon Filter

The FloPlus from Pentair uses Fibredyne technology to significantly enhance cyst, chlorine and sediment reduction.

The FloPlus™ is an NSF 53 certified cyst reduction cartridge, that functions like a nominal 10 micron cartridge.
