The MAZ 10 inch and 20 inch filter cartridges are designed to provide an easy and effective method for reducing dissolved iron from water that results in an improvement of water taste. It also reduces the possible damage to pipes and water heaters.

Completely suited to drinking water applications, the MAZ cartridges should be installed on the main cold water line after the pressure tank or water meter. For best results, pre-sediment and post carbon treatment is recommended. As water flows through the cartridge the MAZ causes the iron to oxidize and drop out of the flow, holding it within its matrix to ensure no harmful chemicals are added to the water.
