Mains Water Self-Piercing Saddle Valve for Water Filter System with 1/4" or 3/8" Tubing. The saddle valve clamp has a self-piercing handle that can be fitted to mains water pipe for connecting any water filter system and reverse osmosis water filter.

You can connect this saddle valve to standard copper mains cold water pipes of either 15mm or 9mm without having to turn off your mains water supply at the rising main as it has the self-piercing mechanism.

Additional information

Simply attach the saddle valve where you want it to go and tighten it up with a spanner. Once it is firmly in place, turn the handle clockwise fully. This will pierce the pipe. The connect up the rest of your water filter system. Once that is all done, turn the handle on the saddle valve fully anti-clockwise and this will release the water.
